PROJECT VISION

I designed this local grocery store app to make in-person shopping faster, easier, and less stressful. The app helps users find items in-store, navigate aisles efficiently, access real-time deals, and even call for in-person assistance when needed. My goal was to create a seamless experience that supports shoppers in the moment — combining the convenience of digital tools with the familiarity of physical retail.


CHALLENGES:

1) Create an accessible site to be used by a wide range of shoppers, including seniors, non-native English speakers, and people with limited tech experience

2) Have a simple in-store real-time navigation system

3) Integrate real-time item location and deals without cluttering the UI

4) Enable users to quickly call for in-store assistance at their physical location

5) Create a modern and intuitive UI
